Creamy Cashew–Coconut Green Pea Soup
A smooth and creamy green pea soup blended with cashews and coconut flakes for a naturally rich and satisfying flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) frozen green peas
- 1 liter (4.2 cups) water
- 200 g (7 oz) cashews
- 1.5 dl (⅔ cup) coconut flakes
- 4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the frozen green peas and water to a large pot.
- Bring to a boil and cook until the peas are soft and heated through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Transfer the peas along with the cooking water to a blender.
- Add the cashews, coconut flakes, and salt.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Work in 2–3 batches, depending on blender capacity, to ensure a smooth consistency.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
